Privacy notice
Counsel has not reviewed this consolidation. This is the single privacy URL for the new marketing site. It describes the site you are reading and the Decision Lab as of November 6, 2026. It is not a lawyer-approved replacement of the January 16, 2023 Healthy Money LLC privacy notice. That longer notice is still published on the current WordPress site. Before any DNS cutover, counsel should reconcile the two. The duplicate path /privacy-policy/ redirects here.
Healthy Money LLC (“Healthy Money,” “we,” “us”) publishes retirement decision education, including this website and the Decision Lab at app.healthymoney.io. Stephen Arthur is the contact for privacy requests.
What this preview site collects
This marketing site is static. It has no accounts and no checkout.
- If you email us, we receive whatever you send to info@healthymoney.io. The contact form on this site only opens a draft in your own email app. It does not store the message on our server.
- The host (Cloudflare) processes request logs, which can include IP address, user agent, and the URL requested, to serve and protect the site.
- This preview does not run advertising pixels, Meta tags, Google Ads tags, or Cloudflare Zaraz. It does not sell personal information.
The Decision Lab
The Lab does not require an account to run a comparison. Its published note says: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics on app.healthymoney.io to count anonymous visits. It does not use cookies and does not collect what people type into the calculator. This marketing site does not add a second analytics tool.
Do not type secrets, full account numbers, or passwords into the Lab. The inputs are for a hypothetical scenario.
What we did not copy from the 2023 notice
The January 16, 2023 notice was generated from a template and describes things this product does not do: a downloadable mobile app as the service, social logins, offer walls, push notifications, and sharing with ad networks. Those passages are not repeated here, because publishing them would describe a different product. They remain on the old page until counsel decides what, if anything, still applies. If you need that document before cutover, it is the page currently served at the WordPress host’s privacy-policy URL.
Cookies
This marketing preview is not designed to set advertising or analytics cookies. Security and hosting services may still process network data. The Lab analytics note above says that product does not use cookies.
How long we keep information
Email you send us is kept long enough to answer and to meet legal duties. Host logs follow the host’s retention. There is no separate marketing database on this static site.
Your requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to appeal a decision. Email info@healthymoney.io or write to the address below. We may need to verify that the request is yours. You can also use the contact page.
We do not sell personal information collected through this preview. Counsel should confirm the California-specific wording before this notice replaces the 2023 text.
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the date above. Material changes should be easy to see. A revised date does not, by itself, mean a lawyer has signed off.
